Full payment is required upfront for all services. Payments can be made through the methods specified on our website.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• Refund requests made within 72 hours of service purchase will be honored in full.
• Refund requests made after 72 hours will incur a deduction of 15% of the total amount plus any applicable merchant processing fees.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

9. Publishing Timeline

Most books are published and available for sale within 7-14 business days after you submit your final manuscript and approve the proof. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZSNBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
